Dimitri Cardona assaults girlfriend; she was upset he texted another woman

29-year-old Dimitri Cardona was arrested for domestic assault on October 2nd. Officers arrived and spoke with Nicole Haedad, Cardona’s girlfriend, who stated that she and Cardona were having a verbal argument that turned physical. Haedad stated Cardona became irate and started yelling after she confronted him about texting another woman. She told officers that when she tried to leave the room, Cardona told her to leave the house and followed her around his home before pushing her into the foyer onto the stairs. Officers noticed abrasions on her right shoulder and red, irritated skin on her left elbow. When officers spoke with Cardona, he stated he and Haedad were arguing, and when she started speaking too loudly, he was trying to grab her to get her out of the house. 26-year-old aspiring OnlyFans creator Crystal “Star” McNeely was arrested for domestic assault on October 1st. Officer Joshua Godwin was dispatched to Professional Park Dr. regarding a domestic in progress. Witnesses stated they observed Star McNeely hit her boyfriend, Eric O’Connor, as they argued. McNeely’s boyfriend stated he was arguing with her when she struck him on the left side of his face and neck. Officers saw no visible injuries, and McNeely’s boyfriend declined to write a statement. Maurquel ‘Keno’ McCottry jailed after fight with stepfather

26-year-old Maurquel “Keno” McCottry was arrested for domestic assault on October 16th. Officers were dispatched to Parkway Place for a call regarding a domestic dispute. McCottry spoke with officers after they arrived and told them that he went to his stepdad, Tovio Hardy’s house on Kirby Dr. to pick up his sister, Olivia Hardy, after she texted him saying she was not comfortable being in the same house as Tovio due to arguments between the two. McCottry then stated that as he arrived at Kirby Dr., Tovio met him at the door and “bucked up” on him before hitting him multiple times with a cane, leading to a physical altercation. Officers were told that McCottry had to tackle Tovio down a set of stairs to prevent him from attacking him. Olivia stated that she intervened in the scuffle but was not there to witness the initial altercation.

Officers then spoke with Tovio at Kirby, who stated that McCottry arrived at his home earlier in the night, banging on his door and demanding to know where his sister was. Tovio told officers that when he let McCottry in, he shoved him, which initiated the physical altercation. Officers were advised that Tovio was tackled down the stairs after using the cane to defend himself from McCottry. Tovio stated that abrasions on his back were sustained from the push down the steps.

Officers were unable to determine the primary aggressor, so both parties were taken into custody.

Steele was sitting on the ground as officers arrived and told them he had been drinking at the troubled Electric Cowboy nightclub and was walking home. Officers observed Steele to be visibly intoxicated and advised him to either get a ride home, or he would be arrested. Steele stated, “Just take me to jail.”

Officers responded to a call for service at Heritage Pointe Drive on the afternoon of September 24th. Upon arrival, Thomas Mitchell and his wife, 30-year-old Meletria Mitchell, were spoken to separately about the incident. She stated she and her husband were having a verbal argument about her moving back to Memphis. Thomas Mitchell stated she struck him 5 to 6 times in the face with an open hand and that he felt threatened during this. There were no visible injuries, but due to allegations of assault from her husband, Meletria Mitchell was deemed the primary aggressor and was placed into custody for domestic assault.

Headley was investigating a stolen vehicle reported by 23-year-old Nicolas Hunter before determining he made false statements to officers regarding his whereabouts the night the vehicle was involved in a hit-and-run and reported stolen. Hunter knowingly provided false information to the police. He was additionally held on outstanding warrants out of Kentucky.

Police tackle Kiyanna Allen to ground after she catches her boyfriend with another woman

On the morning of September 17th, Clarksville Police Department Officer Godwin responded to a call of a fight in progress at Palmer Drive from an uninvolved resident in the apartment complex. Upon arrival, Officer Godwin observed 28-year-old Kiyanna Allen in the parking lot, yelling towards the apartments. It was reported that Allen was upset and witnessed her boyfriend entertaining another female. When Allen witnessed her boyfriend and the other female outside, she sprinted across the street to confront the two. Allen had to be tackled to the ground in order to stop assaulting them. Allen was taken into custody for disorderly conduct.

On September 17th, on Warfield Blvd., Officer Williams observed a blue Honda driving on the far-right shoulder that matched the description from a recent call to 911 regarding reckless driving. Officer Williams conducted a traffic stop once he followed the blue Honda and witnessed it struggle to maintain its lane. During the traffic stop, 29-year-old Kayla Collins, driver of the blue Honda, stated she was on her way home from work while showing visible signs of impairment and forgetting to retrieve her I.D after Officer Williams asked for it. She then stated she had two beers while at work before consenting to provide a breath sample, where the reading was .257% BAC, more than triple the legal limit.
