45-year-old Donte Tyson was seen shoplifting at Walmart on Fort Campbell Boulevard on April 6th. Tyson was observed walking into Walmart, grabbing $354 worth of merchandise, and then walking out without paying. The stolen merchandise included four packs of football cards valued at around $26 each and two Lego sets valued at $125 each. During the investigation of the incident, law enforcement found that Tyson had previously been trespassed from Walmart on August 8th, 2022. Donte Tyson was taken into custody and charged with burglary on May 5th.
Donte Dewayne Tyson of Calloway Drive in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on May 5th, charged with burglary and criminal trespass. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $11,000.
