Brian Duran steals $132 worth of merchandise from Walmart

48-year-old Brian Duran was seen shoplifting from a Walmart on Madison Street on March 10th. On that day, Duran entered the store, selected multiple items from the sales floor, and placed them in a shopping basket. Duran then proceeded to exit the store with the basket full of merchandise without any payment. The stolen items were valued at $132.34. Officers took Duran into custody on May 1st for shoplifting.

Derrick Goolsby steals $458 worth of merchandise at Walmart

40-year-old Derrick Goolsby was caught stealing from the Walmart on Madison Street on September 11th, 2023. Once Goolsby entered the store, he and another person, Shannon Davis, were seen grabbing merchandise and leaving. All the merchandise was recovered and valued at $458.48. Derrick Goolsby was taken into custody and charged with shoplifting and other out-of-county warrants on April 17th.

55-year-old Liandra Monique Reeves stole from the Walmart on Madison Street on March 10th. Reeves entered the store, grabbed a Shark Mop, brought it to the customer service desk, and performed a fraudulent refund. Reeves was given a gift card worth $54.82 and left the location without rendering payment for merchandise. A warrant was issued for her arrest on March 18th. On March 24th, Reeves was taken into custody for theft.

Shirley Evans jailed after trying “new sex act” on her husband

Police say 27-year-old Shirley Evans was trying a “new sex act” on her husband, Devin Evans, when he told her to stop, which led to an argument between the two. Both parties were extremely intoxicated, and Devin says he pushed her off of the bed, and the argument was over at that time. She called 911 and reported her husband hit her and disconnected the call. She then followed him downstairs as he tried to get away from the situation. She reportedly then slapped him and began a new assault on him, before answering the callback from 911. She was determined to be the primary aggressor and was taken into custody.
