41-year-old Ricky Potter was found by law enforcement after there was a report about a passenger being passed out on the city bus. The officer observed Potter, with bloodshot eyes, slumped over in a seat reeking of alcohol. When searched, officers found a half-empty liquor bottle in Potter’s backpack. This would be Ricky Potter’s second time being arrested this year. Potter was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.
Ricky Tyrone Potter of Mill Creek Road in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on October 25th, charged with public intoxication. He is free on a $500 bond.
