23-year-old Soldier Shadamu Smith assaulted his girlfriend in the late evening on October 20th at her home on Tiny Town Road. Officers encountered Smith’s girlfriend, who told officers that Smith had punched her all over her body, including her face, and pushed her down a flight of stairs. When officers contacted Smith, he told them that he had only pushed her. Noting an injury to his girlfriend’s lip, Shadamu Smith was taken into custody and charged with domestic violence.
Shadamu Foley Smith of Tiny Town Rd in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on October 21st, charged with domestic assault. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,500.
