The August 2023 session of the Montgomery County Grand Jury has indicted 33-year-old Edwin Waymyers for committing voter fraud on or about November 3rd, 2020. The indictment alleges that Waymyers knew he was not eligible and still intentionally voted.
Edwin Denzel Waymyers of Roxbury Lane in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on November 20th, charged with voter fraud. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,500.
