56-year-old Earl Cato was seen swerving on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard in a blue Ford F150 on March 13th. When officers made contact with Cato, he stated that he was coming from Mike’s Bar and Grill on Lowes Drive. While officers spoke to Cato, he displayed multiple signs of intoxication. Cato consented to sobriety tests and performed poorly. He was then taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence.
Earl Wheeler Cato of Atwood Drive in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on March 13th, charged with driving under the influence. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,500.
