42-year-old Marcus Bell was seen in a white Chevrolet SUV performing a U-turn at the intersection of Lafayette Road and Cunningham Lane on March 9th. Officers made contact with Bell and noticed multiple signs of intoxication. When officers asked Bell if he consumed any drugs or alcohol, he admitted that he had drunk “a couple shots” and smoked “a joint.” Bell consented to sobriety tests and performed poorly. Marcus Bell was then read implied consent, taken into custody, and charged with driving under the influence.
Marcus Alexander Bell of Cedar Street in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on March 10th, charged with driving under the influence. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,000.
