25-year-old Julia Keller was involved in a hit-and-run on 101st Parkway on May 27th. When officers arrived, a party involved in the crash told them that a black Kia Forte drove off after rear-ending them. Law enforcement found the Forte on Tracy Lane and ran into Keller, who matched the description of the driver that fled in the hit-and-run. A check of Keller’s license found that it was revoked on May 27th, 2020. It was also found that Keller was charged with driving on a revoked license five times, ranging from May 19th, 2020, to April 30th, 2024. Julia Keller was taken into custody and charged with leaving the scene of a crash with damage, driving on a revoked license, and exercising due care.

Julia Noelle Keller of Challis Drive in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on May 27th, charged with driver’s failure to exercise due care, driving on suspended/revoked license, and leaving the scene of an accident. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $10,000.
