39-year-old Justin Napper was jailed on November 8th after assaulting his wife on Ringgold Road. Ashley Glasman told police that on October 31st, she and her husband had gotten into a fight about the cats in the house. Glasman advised that Napper tried to hit the cats with the baseball bat. He ended up missing and destroying the cat tree. Ashley then tried to stop her husband from hurting the cats but was hit and strangled. She had marks on her lips and arms. She described the strangulation as a “rear naked choke,” an MMA maneuver often seen in the UFC.
Justin Ryan Napper was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on November 8th, charged with aggravated assault. He is free on a $1,000 bond.
