22-year-old David Huynh was jailed on February 4th when officers observed a dark-colored vehicle driving through the grass into McGregor Park. The car then pulled out in front of officers who were stationary in the Electric Cowboy parking lot. Officers performed a traffic stop on the vehicle at North Riverside Drive/North 2nd Street. Officers asked Huynh how many drinks he had, and Huynh advised officers that he had two beers at the troubled Electric Cowboy before driving. Huynh then performed poorly on sobriety tests and was taken into custody.
David Huynh of Toccoa Road in Fort Campbell, KY, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on February 4th, charged with DUI. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,500.
