25-year-old Nathan Rodriguez was seen in a Kia Optima driving off the road at the Sleep Inn on Cracker Barrel Drive on March 4th. Officers made contact and noticed a strong odor of alcohol as they approached Rodriguez. When Rodriguez was asked for identification, he could only provide his name and date of birth. Rodriguez then informed the officers that he had “a good amount to drink.” Shortly after, Rodriguez consented to sobriety tests and performed poorly. Nathan Rodriguez was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence.
Nathan Nelson Rodriguez of Vista Lane in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on March 5th, charged with driving under the influence. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,000.
