19-year-old Zykerius Roberts was involved in a hit-and-run at the Waffle House on North Riverside Drive on February 24th. During the investigation of the crash, witnesses pointed out that a blue Nissan Altima left the scene. A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle, and officers made contact with Roberts, who was inside the blue Nissan Altima. Roberts waived her Miranda Rights and admitted to leaving the accident scene. An investigation revealed that Roberts’s license was suspended for failing to pay fines and costs. Roberts was also unable to provide insurance at the time. Zykerius Roberts was taken into custody and charged with leaving the scene of an accident, having a suspended license, and no insurance.
Zykerius Aleasheon Roberts of East 8th Street in Chattanooga, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on February 24th, charged with leaving the scene of an accident, suspended license, no insurance. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $5,000.
