After their daughter left, Daisy claimed John was still trying to argue, so she went outside to separate herself. Daisy then stated that when she returned inside, John had a pistol and still wanted to argue. Daisy claimed that she and John started arguing once again. This is when John then fired his weapon into the wall next to Daisy. John then proceeded to hit Daisy in the head and tried to pull her down the stairs with him. Daisy claimed she was able to separate from John. Daisy said she made it back to the living room while John walked outside to the back porch. Daisy then locked the screen door behind John and drove to their daughter’s house to call 911. John was taken into custody and charged with aggravated assault and reckless endangerment.
