A Montgomery County Grand Jury has indicted 20-year-old John Harris for aggravated assault on December 17th, 2023. The indictment alleges that Harris used a firearm to threaten someone’s life. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $10,000. Harris was taken into custody and charged with aggravated assault on May 28th.
