Montgomery County Sheriff’s Deputies attempted to serve a Writ of Eviction at Autumn Winds Apartments, 851 Ted A. Crozier Blvd, Building 700, earlier this morning. The occupant refused to leave and has now secured herself in the apartment. Sheriff’s Negotiators are working to bring a peaceful resolution to this incident.
First responders are on standby per safety protocols for all involved. The department is asking the residents to please stay back from law enforcement and the south side of building 700. This is a developing story.
