20-year-old Carolyn Ann Willett disregarded multiple stop signs on East Ashland City Road in the early hours of May 25th. Officers observed this and initiated a traffic stop near The Card Club, where she continued for a few miles before swerving over the double yellow lines and stopping. When officers approached her vehicle, they noticed she reeked of alcohol and prompted her with sobriety tests, which she consented to and performed poorly. After being informed of implied consent, she agreed to provide a blood sample. Willett was taken into custody for underage driving while impaired.
