18-year-old Emily Woodall was involved in a traffic stop at North Riverside Drive on March 10th. Officers told Woodall to step out of the vehicle because the driver was taken into custody for driving under the influence. An officer told Woodall to stand at the front bumper of the patrol car but she attempted to return to the vehicle until she was stopped by another officer. Emily Woodall was then taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct.
