37-year-old Dennis Broadie and his wife, Keyala Snipe, committed animal cruelty at Ladd Drive on January 17th. Officers arrived at the residence regarding a report of a deceased do. Snipe, stated that Broadie put the dog outside, and it froze to death. The weather outside on January 16th was one degree. Snipe noted that the dog had been left outside all night and had been found by Broadie which is when they contacted law enforcement, asking how to dispose of the body. Dennis Broadie was taken into custody and charged with animal cruelty.
