41-year-old Lynn Shady was involved in a domestic altercation with her husband, Richard Stokley, at their Glenstone Springs residence on May 28th. When officers arrived, they came into contact with Richard. Richard stated that during an argument with Lynn, she approached him and started strangling him. Officers observed minor abrasions on Richard’s neck. Shortly after, officers spoke with Lynn, who told them she did “push” Richard during the argument but nothing else. Lynn Shady was taken into custody and charged with aggravated domestic assault.
