Nikesha Williams causes $540 worth of damage to ex-roommate’s apartment

28-year-old Nikesha Williams was seen vandalizing her ex-roommate, Joshua Craft’s, living room and kitchen at their Peabody Drive Apartment on April 7th. When officers arrived, they contacted Craft, who told them he came home to find his living room and kitchen in disarray. A witness of the incident, Kathy Jayroe, informed law enforcement that Williams moved out earlier in the day. Craft stated that there were numerous destroyed dishes, clothing with bleach stains, and two damaged PlayStation 4 games that belonged to him. All the damaged items were valued at around $540. Jayroe provided law enforcement with a text message conversation, which included her asking Williams why she would do that to the apartment. Williams replied, asking Jayroe why she would let her son do that to her. Williams also asked Jayroe why she wasn’t acting out when she was there. Nikesha Williams was taken into custody and charged with vandalism on April 11th.
