DUI: Soldier Jasmyne Bray crahsed into ‘Welcome to Clarksville’ sign after ‘one shot’

22-year-old For Campbell Soldier Jasmyne Bray crashed her car into the “Welcome to Clarksville” sign near state line road just after 3 a.m. Sunday, according to Officer LaJoie who responded to the crash. The Nissan Altima was unoccupied at the time. A witness stated he saw the driver leave the scene with another individual. Officers got in contact with Bray, who she admitted that she was the one driving and had left the scene. She then returned to the scene of the accident and stated that she had one shot to drink earlier that evening. Bray agreed to perform sobriety tests and performed poorly. She was arrested for driving under the influence.

Everton Johnson pours Twisted Tea on ex-girlfriend’s speakers

Police say 27-year-old Everton Johnson destroyed his roommate/ex-girlfriend’s belongings during a heated argument. On 02/18, Officer Weber responded to a vandalism report at S 12th St. Johnson, and ex-girlfriend Stephanie Rodriguez, had an argument that led to Johnson causing property damage. The damage includes a hole in the living room wall, a full-size standing mirror, and dell computer speakers that Johnson poured twisted tea on. During the altercation, Stephanie ran out of her apartment and called emergency services because she believed the situation would have worsened if she had stayed. The victim also stated that Johnson had been drinking.

Bruce Tidwell pulls deputy into cell with him and bites his leg at Montgomery County Jail

22-year-old Bruce Tidwell was found slumped over his steering wheel on the side of the highway. On 02/19/2023, Officer Wright responded to a welfare check After THP Trooper Crysel was unable to get a response from Tidwell, who was passed out over his steering wheel. After banging on the window and shouting, Tidwell was able to exit the vehicle but was so intoxicated he fell asleep while standing up and staggered around. He would not comply with sobriety tests, and the decision was made to take Tidwell into custody. Once Tidwell was told he was being handcuffed, he started to fight back violently, causing himself and the officer to fall to the ground in a struggle. He was finally escorted to the patrol car.

The officer opened the door to remove a bag and Tidwell kicked the door shut on him causing the officer to fall and causing damage to the inside of the vehicle. Tidwell was finally taken to booking. Once there, Deputy Cornett responded to deputy needs assistance call. Upon arrival Tidwell was kicking at other deputies and screaming, “I AM NOT STAYING IN THIS CELL!” He wrestled the deputy into the cell with him. During this time, he also bit the deputy in the leg.
