Fort Campbell soldier Oliver Terry charged in 3 a.m. DUI

Deputies observed 24-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Oliver Terry speeding on Hwy 374 just after 3 a.m. Saturday and conducted a traffic stop. During the interaction, Deputy LaBeause said Terry reeked of alcohol and had slurred speech. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests and consented to a blood draw, which was conducted at Tennova Sango prior to booking.

Oliver Wendell Terry of Fairview Ln in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on March 11th, charged with driving under the influence and speeding. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $3,000.
