Police say 26-year-old Kelley Garces was in an argument with her husband, Nikolai Gonzalez, during which she took his cell phone into the bathroom to read his messages, and found what she considered to be inappropriate communications. Standing at 4 feet, 10 inches, she then attacked him, admitting to grabbing his shirt and slapping him in the face, out of anger. Police documented the victim’s stretched shirt and redness on his face and neck.
Kelley Johanna Garces was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on April 19th, charged with domestic assault. She is free on a $250 cash bond to her 214 Mill Creek Road address in Clarksville.
