35-year-old Andrew Theodore Jones is charged with DUI and three counts of child endangerment after crashing his black Chevy Colorado into another vehicle at the intersection of N 2nd St & Kraft St late Saturday night. Police say he was extremely aggressive with the other driver and officers, and openly admitted to drinking prior to driving with his three children, ages 10, 14, and 15, in the vehicle with him. The children were medically cleared and had no injuries.
Andrew Theodore Jones of Cherry Tree Dr in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on September 10th, charged with 3 counts of child abuse/endangerment and driving under the influence (DUI).
