23-year-old Jalan G’Mani Gibson crashed into a guardrail on October 5th and was only able to give his name and birthdate before being transported via ambulance to the hospital. Officers finished investigating the crash and went to the hospital to issue him citations for improper plates, no insurance, driving on revoked, and failure to yield. Gibson fled the hospital shortly after arrival without being fully evaluated. Officers searched for him to make sure he didn’t require further treatment but were unable to locate him. He was eventually booked on October 19th for the charges.
Jalan G’Mani Gibson of Britton Springs Rd in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on October 19th, charged with no proof of insurance, driving on a revoked license, improper display of plates, and failure to yield the right-of-way. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,000.
