37-year-old Home Improvement Fraudster Bryan Boisvert found himself behind bars for the second time in two weeks. Already facing home improvement fraud charges, Boisvert was arrested this week on a felony theft charge. Cameron Payne hired Boisvery to oversee a duplex he owned and to collect the rent payments and deposit them into Payne’s account every month. Initially, things went well, but soon after, Payne stopped receiving the rent checks, despite the tenants giving them to Boisvert. He is charged with the theft of those rent payments.
Bryan Leon Preston Boisvert of Trainer Rd in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on February 9th, charged with theft of property. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $6,000.
