30-year-old Jessica Marie Sullens told THP Trooper Brian Gleen that she had “four beers” at the troubled Electric Cowboy bar in Clarksville Friday night before he pulled her over just after 3 a.m. Saturday. He says she was swerving and could not maintain a lane of travel on Madison Street. Though she reeked of alcohol, the Trooper noted she was jittery, fidgeting, and hyper, and suspected she was also under the influence of a stimulant. After a blood draw, she was transported to booking and charged with DUI.
Jessica Marie Sullens of S Richview Rd in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on February 18th, charged with driving under the influence. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $2,500.
