26-year-old Kimberly Frazier was jailed this week after illegally evicting her roommate, Charm Tucker, and throwing all of her things in the dumpster of the apartment complex. Charm says she unexpectedly received a text on February 4 from Frazier, stating she was evicted and all of her property was placed in the dumpster. Charm was able to recover some clothing, but most of her things, including a television and toiletries, were not recoverable. Frazier was charged with felony theft and is free on a $2,500 bond.
Kimberly Dawn Frazier of Fort Campbell Blvd in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on February 15th, charged with theft. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $2,500.
