Police say 28-year-old Nicole Yanik was under the influence of a drug when she crashed her Chevrolet Tahoe Wednesday afternoon on Madison Street. She reportedly was nodding off, had slow speech, and performed poorly on field sobriety tests. She was transported to booking and charged with DUI 2nd, as she has a prior DUI conviction from April of 2022.
Nicole Victoria Yanik of Leader Drive in New Johnsonville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on February 22nd, charged with driving under the influence, improper lane use, and violation of implied consent law. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $10,000.
