As a child called 911, and 32-year-old Darothy Huff was restrained on the ground by her husband, she stated, “I’m calling CPS to remove them because I don’t want them anymore, and I hope they don’t know anyone, and they rape them!” Officers quickly arrived at the scene, where it was learned Darothy had two children in common with her husband, one from a prior relationship, and her husband brought one into the marriage. One of the children says Huff came home from drinking and began to yell at the children, pushed an 11-year-old girl into a shoe rack, and grabbed a 12-year-old male by the neck, scratching him, and the home was in disarray. Her husband then restrained her while one of the children called 911.
Darothy Nicole Huff of Dunbar Cave Rd in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on March 23rd, charged with two counts of child abuse & neglect. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $20,000.
