38-year-old Desmond Graham was jailed on March 21st after reportedly pushing his girlfriend Kelly McNamara to the ground in their bedroom on Kendrick Street. When officers arrived, Graham was walking down the street. He said he was in an argument with his girlfriend, and he was waiting for his sister to pick him up. Graham told police that nothing physical happened. Kelly said that the two had been in an argument for a couple of hours before and Graham was gathering his things to leave when she was pushed to the ground. She called 911 as Graham was walking out of the house. Officers determined Graham to be the primary aggressor.
Desmond Michael Graham of Kendrick St in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on March 23rd, charged with domestic assault. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $500.
