31-year-old Tyler Feightner drove his truck onto a sidewalk at a Royster Lane apartment complex just after 4 p.m. on March 20. Residents noticed he was passed out behind the wheel of the running vehicle, and officers arrived on the scene. Multiple sternum rubs awakened Feightner, though he was still unable to speak, stand, or have any idea of where he was — he eventually told officers he was in Nashville and on his way to Clarksville. There was an empty Four Loko bottle in the cup holder, and he told officers he had “two beers about two hours ago” when asked. He refused field sobriety tests and told officers he would fight if they tried to draw his blood. A warrant was granted, and blood was taken.
Tyler Anthony Feightner of Bauling Lane in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on March 20th, charged with driving under the influence and violation of implied consent law. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,500.
