34-year-old Jacquelyn Bowen was jailed for harassment on Feb 27th after Clarksville Police responded to a harassment complaint earlier in the week. The victim, Ted Sealey, says Bowen is his estranged wife and has continued to contact him for the past two weeks after being asked to stop. A warrant was issued, charging her with harassment.
Jacquelyn Mary Bowen of Christel Spring Ct in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on February 27th, charged with harassment. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $1,000.
