42-year-old Jeremy Gayer was arrested for driving drunk with a revoked license at 101st and Whitfield Rd on Mar 4th. Gayer was seen stumbling behind his vehicle on the shoulder of the road. When police asked where he was coming from, he told them he had been in Springfield having a few drinks and was just trying to make it home. Gayer smelled strongly of alcohol and had bloodshot watery eyes. He agreed to sobriety testing, which he performed poorly on, and it was discovered that his driver’s license had been revoked since 2021 for a prior DUI.
Jeremy Lucas Gayer of Grassmire Dr in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on March 4th, charged with driving under the influence and driving on suspended/revoked license. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $10,000.
