29-year-old Kitea Park was jailed on March 23rd after running over a pedestrian crossing sign at the intersection of Wilma Rudolph and S Hampton Place. Police observed Park to have watery, bloodshot eyes, slow, slurred speech, and the odor of alcohol coming from his body. He agreed to sobriety tests and performed poorly. Police believed he was too intoxicated to operate a vehicle safely, and he was taken to booking, and charged with DUI. He blew a 0.185% BAC on a breathalyzer.
Kitea Park of Holland Drive in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on March 24th, charged with drivers failure to exercise due care and driving under the influence. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,500.
