30-year-old Jeramey Hart was riding in the back seat of a vehicle on March 25, with his mother, Chrystal Hill, and her boyfriend, Paul Perry, also in the vehicle. As they were almost home, Hart reportedly began to punch Perry on both sides of his face, leaving him with bruises, as documented by police. Hart stated Perry had grabbed him earlier when they were at a bar, and this was the continuation of that escalated argument, which was about motorcycles.
Jeramey Micheal Hart of Daniel St in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on March 25th, charged with domestic assault. A judicial commissioner set his bond at 1,000.
