23-year-old Joseph Spires was jailed after a fight with his father, Cody Spires, on April 3. The victim says they were riding in a vehicle together with Joseph punched him in the ear multiple times as he was driving and he punched him back in retaliation. Joseph says he only backhanded his father in the chest.
Joseph Spires of Rossview Rd in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on April 4th, charged with domestic assault. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $500.
