32-year-old Carlos Joseph, an employee at Oak Plains Academy, was jailed on May 10th on an outstanding warrant alleging he slammed a 13-year-old student to the ground last year. Mr. Joseph tried to take some headphones from a student, but when the student didn’t release them, he slammed them to the ground. There was video evidence of the incident that revealed the student never acted aggressively toward Mr. Jospeh before the assault.
Carlos Joseph of Falkland Circle in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on May 6th, charged with assault. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $10,000.
