46-year-old Julia Spillman was booked last week on an outstanding warrant from May 15th. Michael Parker had told Ms. Spillman not to contact him; however, Ms. Spillman continued to send unwanted messages to Mr. Parker, causing undue stress and annoyance.
Julia Rose Spillman of Tower Drive in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on June 9th, charged with harassment. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $500.
