38-year-old Drew Smith was booked on July 12th on an outstanding warrant from June 15th when Reda Home Builders reported that surveillance showed Smith taking four 31 Group batteries out of their shop and putting them into a white SUV on June 1st without permission from the company. One battery cost $250, and the total amount of stolen batteries was $1,000.
Drew Patrick Smith of Atwood Drive in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on July 12th, charged with theft of property. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,000.
