24-year-old Toshiana Holloway spoke to CPD Officer Price on July 15th, who was called to her residence on Mccormick Lane for a domestic in progress. She said that she argued with the father of her child, Deveon Byers, the victim, who she threw a wash rag at and pushed his face while bathing their child. When CPD Officer Price spoke to Deveon, he stated that she threw the rag at him, hit him in the face multiple times, and swung at him while he attempted to descend the stairs causing him to fall. When falling down the stairs, Deveon said he was unsure if she hit him during that time. Minor cuts were observed on Deveon by CPD Officer Price.
Toshiana Sharea Holloway of McCormick Lane in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on July 15th, charged with domestic assault. A judicial commissioner set her bond $250.
