30-year-old Manshon Shoulars was booked last week after police responded to Downtown Commons to find Shoulars intoxicated. He had difficulty standing up, slurred his speech, and reeked of alcohol. He was allegedly in a fight with two individuals. Police deemed Shoulars to be a danger to himself and others, and was transported to booking.
Manshon Leedon Varshay Shoulars of Old Charlotte Trace in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on July 22nd, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $439.
