42-year-old Ronald Kevin Cardwell was jailed after police responded to Palmyra Market for an individual harassing the employees. Cardwell appeared extremely intoxicated. He was unsteady on his feet, had slow, lethargic movements, and had bloodshot eyes. He responded to the officer’s questions very slowly. Police noted the only vehicles in the parking lot belonged to the owner and Cardwell, showing he arrived at the location himself and had intentions of leaving himself.
Ronald Kevin Cardwell of Hawkins Rd in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on July 22nd, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $439.
