21-year-old Daequan Walton was jailed on October 15th after driving his vehicle off the road. Officers responded to the intersection of Swift Drive and Charlotte Road, where Walton stated that he was traveling when he received a phone call, took his eyes off the road as he answered, and ended up running off the road and crashing. Police observed Walton visibly intoxicated, and he admitted to drinking one beer and one shot. He consented to sobriety testing, performed poorly, and was taken into custody.
Daequan Piry Walton of McGraw Street in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on October 15th, charged with DUI. He is free on a $5,000 bond.
