36-year-old Jasmine Gross was jailed on October 15th after reportedly assaulting her husband at their home on Eldos Trace Circle. When police arrived, Jasmine told them she wanted her husband out of the house and wanted a divorce. Thurman Gross told police that he and his wife were arguing, and she stated she wanted him gone. She then went downstairs about two feet away from him and spat on him. She got closer and spat on him again. Thurman stated his wife spat on him approximately six times, followed by trying to forcefully remove him from the house by pulling his shirt and ripping it off of him. Officers found the ripped shirt in the trash and placed Jasmine into custody.
Jasmine Gross of Eldos Trace Circle in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on October 15th, charged with domestic assault. She is free on a $500 bond.
