50-year-old Apryle Renee Miller was observed swerving between lanes on Tiny Town Rd. on October 21st. Officers initiated a traffic stop and observed Miller to be visibly intoxicated when they spoke to her. Miller consented to sobriety tests, performed poorly, and provided a breath sample that resulted in 0.138% BAC. Officers also found a half-empty bottle of vodka under Miller’s drivers seat. She was then taken into custody for driving under the influence and an open container violation.
Apryle Renee Miller of Guthrie Rd in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on October 22nd, charged with driving under the influence and open container. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $2,500.
