30-year-old Kwadwo Kyei was swerving between lanes on Ft. Campbell Blvd. in the early hours of October 22 as officers observed him driving less than 20 mph in a 45-mph zone and initiated a traffic stop. Officers observed Kyei to be visibly intoxicated when they approached the driver’s side. Kyei consented to sobriety tests, performed poorly, and provided a breath sample which resulted in 0.117% BAC. Kyei was taken into custody for DUI, officers were also advised that Kyei had a pending DUI charge from about a year ago.
Kwadwo Kyei of Ziva Lane in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on October 22nd, charged with driving under the influence. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $5,000.
