24-year-old Theodore Tell, an employee at Dirt Cheap, was arrested on October 26th for two counts of aggravated animal cruelty on Cunningham Lane. Officer Davis received a call for service from Tell’s property manager regarding alleged animal abuse. Officers observed two videos showing Tell choking and kicking two different dogs, confirming the reports.
Theodore Andrew Tell of Cunningham, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on October 26th, charged with two counts of animal cruelty. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $10,000.
