William Allen III charged with fraud after voting in 2020 presidential election

44-year-old William Allen was indicted by The Grand Jury on August 8th for attempting to vote in Montgomery County in November of 2020. Allen was convicted for reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon out of Shelby County in February of 1998, possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture, sell, or deliver, along with being in possession of a handgun as a convicted felon in November 2006. Allen is not entitled to register or vote in an election due to his felony charges and has been charged with Voter Registration Fraud.

William Lee Allen of Westfield Ct in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on October 25th, charged with voter registration fraud. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,500.
